This is still my fav food. One of the main reasons I used to live in Dumpling City.
It’s Cantonese food, usually called “Chaoshan food”.(潮汕菜)
Here we have shrimp dumplings. They’re different from the ones we can find in France or in Singapore, it’s shrimp only, no pork. Shrimp chang fen (肠粉) : the outside is rice pasta kind of stuff, with shrimp + other ingredients filling. They also make beef ones. And steamed pork ribs.
